“Where we believe in the power of deep connections and personal growth.”
Danielle Thurman,
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, EFT certified, EFT Supervisor Candidate, AAMFT Supervisor & Practice Owner
I’m Dani Thurman, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (certified couples therapist) I have nine years of experience. I was the child who always knew I was unique. I grew up in a home with a lot of neurodivergence/trauma. I have spent my whole life looking for the answers to how to find secure connections with myself/others. I am here to share them with you!
You will not find a more passionate, dedicated therapist to help you figure out how to get the life you have always wanted. I can often help clients who have previously had little to no luck with other methods of help. I feel confident in treating any symptom. I thrive in having structured, direct, and compassionate therapy where you can see change in and out of each session. You will feel the passion in my work. My goal is for us to create a unique relationship together that transforms your experience with therapy and life.
Before starting my practice, I spent 7 years at the iconic EFT Clinic where we received many awards for best in marriage and family therapy. I continue to focus on the EFT model as a base for therapy as it is the most researched and effective therapy model I have encountered. I also use models like IFS, guided imagery, EMDR etc.
Everyone’s journey is unique. My belief is that true healing involves addressing the individual as a whole. I have over 15 years experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship problems, trauma, PTSD, and behavioral problems. Overall, I strive to adopt a holistic approach that recognizes the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. I consider it a privilege to to help individuals begin their journey learning how to build on their strengths and achieve their goals. All are welcome!
I utilize CBT (including trauma-focused), solution-focused, mindfulness, person-centered, play therapy, and other experiential methods.

Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, vulnerable, or even overwhelming at times. Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or simply seeking greater clarity and balance in your life, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood from the very first conversation. I am passionate about supporting you as you navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and I strive to create a collaborative, respectful environment where your voice, experiences, and goals are honored.
Matisynn Holland, Marriage and Family Therapist Intern
Hi, I’m Matisynn. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating neurodivergence, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
My approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), helping you build curiosity and compassion for all parts of yourself. I create a warm, supportive space where you can show up as you are while we work toward meaningful growth and healing.
Therapy with me is both grounded and human—I take your experience seriously, while also making room for humor, connection, and lightness along the way.
If you’re ready to feel more understood, empowered, and authentically yourself, I’d love to support you.
Patrick Smith
Master of Social Work Intern
Sometimes life looks fine on the outside, but underneath something feels off. Many of the people I work with are carrying a lot—professionals under constant pressure, men who have learned to keep things inside, couples struggling to reconnect, teens trying to figure out who they are, children having difficulty expressing big emotions, or individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, faith questions, or major life transitions.
I know this feeling because I have been there with 25+ years as an executive leadership, in healthcare, and organizational development.
I believe healing and growth happen when people feel understood and empowered. Whether you’re facing anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma, burnout, life transitions, family stress, or feeling stuck, therapy can help you slow down, understand underlying patterns, and move toward a more connected and authentic life.
Our team has immediate openings. We are licensed in UT, WY, ID. We are multicultural and speak Spanish. Some of the therapists accept insurance pay and sliding scale if needed.
